Hello there

I’m Brittany, the owner and designer behind Ninety Six Design. From early childhood through high school, art was my constant, whether I was working with charcoal, clay, or in sculpture classes, there was always a quiet joy in shaping something from nothing. Creativity was never just a hobby, it was where I felt most like myself.

It wasn’t until the summer after my junior year of college that I discovered digital illustration. What began as simple drawings shared weekly on Instagram quickly became something more. When my brother asked me to design a logo for his coffee roasting company, I felt a spark, the blend of creativity and purpose that comes with visual storytelling. From that moment, I knew design was more than a passion, it was a calling. With no formal education in design, years of drawing and a naturally creative eye laid the foundation for what would become a business rooted in intention and artistry.

After years of working jobs that didn’t align with my creative spirit, I finally took the leap after unexpectedly losing my corporate job. I was met with a quiet but firm knowing: if not now, when? The fear of never trying outweighed the fear of failing, and Ninety Six Design was born.

Ninety Six Design was created as a space for creative expression, storytelling, and building brands with heart. This is only the beginning, and I’m endlessly excited to see where this journey leads.

When I’m not designing, you’ll find me with a good cup of coffee in hand, diving into a book, admiring high-end interiors, enjoying sushi, or soaking up warm weather.

Based In: Denver, CO, where I live with the love of my life and our two cats, Alfie & Jasper.
