HOW IT WORKS

From our first conversation to the final send-off, I’m here to provide a personal, hands-on experience, supporting you every step of the way. I value every client deeply, which means your brand gets my full focus, creativity, and dedication, no middleman, no guesswork, no BS. This is a true collaboration, where your ideas and story matter. I’m here to listen, support you, and create a brand that is undeniably you.

STEP ONE: DISCOVERY CALL

After completing the inquiry form and confirming your interest in working with me, we will schedule a free discovery call. This call will be made through Teams. We will discuss what you do and why you do it, your design vision, which package you are interested in, as well as your budget and timeline.

STEP TWO: MAKE IT OFFICIAL

Following our call and your confirmed interest in working with us, I will send an email that will allow you to access your client portal. This is where you will find the project proposal to select which package you want to purchase. Once you review and approve, we’ll finalize the details with a contract and the initial deposit to reserve your spot and begin the work.

STEP THREE: DESIGN

This is where the magic begins. You’ll receive your questionnaire, exercises, or resources based on the kit you’ve chosen within the client portal. From there, I’ll present my proposed design(s) for your review. Once we finalize and approve the creative direction, I’ll dive into the exciting process of crafting your authentic brand identity and keep you updated with regular progress reports.

STEP FOUR: POP SOME CHAMPAGNE

Once the design process is complete, the designs are approved, and the final payment is received, you’ll receive all the finalized files and design assets. As we move into the final off-boarding phase, you’ll have the opportunity to review your experience working with me. While this may be the end of our official project, I never ghost my clients. I’ll be here for any last-minute questions and will continue to cheer you on as you move forward with your success.
