THE INSPIRATION
Creating Elena Maree Photography was a way for me to explore a brand concept that perfectly aligned with my ideal client - a wedding photographer whose work I would personally trust to capture my own special day. I wanted to design a brand that embodied timeless elegance, emotional storytelling, and the kind of photography that doesn’t just document a day, but preserves the feeling of it.
Elena Maree Photography celebrates love in its most authentic form. She focuses on couples whose connection is undeniable, the ones whose joy, laughter, and tenderness are impossible to ignore. Rather than relying on posed moments, she thrives on capturing the in-between gestures, quiet glances, and fleeting moments that make a wedding day truly unforgettable. Her imagery is soft, cinematic, and intimate, balancing editorial sophistication with heartfelt emotion.
For me, building this brand wasn’t just about creating a visual identity, it was about imagining a photographer who could translate the beauty of a love story into images that feel eternal. THE DESIGN PROCESS
The vision for Elena Maree Photography was to create a brand that feels as timeless and emotional as the work it represents. From the logo and color palette to typography and overall visual language, every element was chosen to evoke elegance, intimacy, and cinematic storytelling.
The brand leans into soft, muted tones and a refined, editorial style, mirroring the gentle, in-the-moment photography Elena Maree embodies. Typography was selected to feel classic yet approachable, balancing sophistication with warmth, while imagery and layout choices emphasize narrative and emotion over rigid formality.
At its core, Elena Maree Photography is defined by capturing what is real, intimate, and fleeting - moments that might otherwise go unnoticed. The identity reflects that same philosophy: understated, intentional, and romantic, allowing the photography itself to shine while maintaining a cohesive, elevated presence across all touchpoints.
